Too busy to talk or write. Tomatoes have been keeping me busy along with planning someone's French themed anniversary party. I can't post the menu until after the party, cause someone might peek.
could you please explain exactly how you prepare your roasted tomatoes and how you store them? pretty please. they are so expensive to buy and i grow my own romas and would love to try this with the surplus:)
I hope this response is not too late for this year's tomato crop. Here goes: slice tomatoes in half the long way lay out side by side on a parchment covered baking sheet sprinkle with salt and pepper. sprinkle with olive oil put in a 325 oven keep checking every ten minutes until the consistency is to your liking. I pack then into freezer bags until needed. Enjoy!
