could you please explain exactly how you prepare your roasted tomatoes and how you store them? pretty please. they are so expensive to buy and i grow my own romas and would love to try this with the surplus:)
I hope this response is not too late for this year's tomato crop. Here goes: slice tomatoes in half the long waylay out side by side on a parchment covered baking sheetsprinkle with salt and pepper. sprinkle with olive oilput in a 325 oven keep checking every ten minutes until the consistency is to your liking.I pack then into freezer bags until needed.Enjoy!
